Creamy Cold Coffee

Ingredients:

• Coffee 2 tspn
• Sugar 2tspn
• Chocolate Ice Cream
• Ice cubes
• Milk 1 cup

Method:

1. Heat 2 spoons water in over and add coffee andsugar in it and beat well.
2. Pour the mixture in the blender with ice cubes and blend until the coffee changes the color to creamy beige.
3. Add a cup of milk and chocolate ice cream and beat again.
4. Pour the coffee in two cups garnish with cream and crushed chocolate.

Creamy Fruit Chaat

Ingredients
Grapes 1 cup
Chickpeas boiled 1 cup
Fruit cocktail 1 can
Potato boiled and chopped 1
Apples chopped 2
Mango chopped 2
Peaches chopped 2
Banana sliced 4
Guava chopped 4
Cream (chilled) 2 packets
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Caster sugar 4 tbsp
Chat Masala 1 ½ tsp
Method
In a bowl mix together all the chopped fruits with 2 packets cream, 4 tbsp caster sugar, ¼ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 1 ½ tsp chat Masala, mix well and serve chilled.
