Ingredients
½ kg dates
125 grams whole dried milk
50 grams almonds, pistachios
½ cup sugar
½ cup clarified butter
2 tbsp rose essence
4 tbsp fresh cream
Sesame seeds for garnishing
Method
• De seed ½ kg dates and chop in a chopper.
• Finely slice 50 grams boiled almonds and pistachios and keep aside.
• In a cooking pot, heat ½ cup clarified butter and stir crushed dates and ½ cup sugar in it.
• Stir for some while and then add chopped almonds and pistachios, 2 tbsp kewra, 125 grams whole dried milk and 4 tbsp fresh cream. Stir for 4 to 5 minutes.
• Garnish with some sesame seeds and serve.
