Fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients
200 grams boiled rice
1/2 packet egg noodles
1 medium carrot
1 capsicum
2 spring onions
3 eggs
4 to 5 baby corn
5 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup oil
1/4 piece of cabbage
1/2 cup boiled peas
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp worchester sauce
Water as required
Salt to taste

Method
In a pan, heat water as required and boil 1/2 packet egg noodles and keep it aside. Also boil 200 grams rice and keep it aside. Chop 1 medium carrot, 1 capsicum, 1/4 piece of cabbage, 2 spring onions and 4 to 5 baby corn. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs properly. In a frying pan, heat small quantity oil as required to fry half beat eggs into omelet and take it out in a plate. Repeat it again with other half beaten eggs too. In a deep frying pan, heat 1/4 cup oil to fry 5 cloves of finely chopped garlic until they are golden brown. Include already chopped vegetables and 1/2 cup boiled peas in it and mix it well. Add boiled noodles, rice, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp worchester sauce, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp sugar and salt to taste and mix it together on high flames. When vegetables, rice and noodles are mixed properly, and then turn off the stove. On a serving plate, place omelet and apply rice mixture on it and apply layer of egg strips on it. Delicious Fried Rice Noodles is ready.
