- 1 cup canned pineapples with syrup
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 banana
- Ice cubes
- Blend milk and banana till smooth
- Add vanilla ice cream and the pineapple chunkswith syrup and blend again
- Add ice cubes and blend again until a smoothie is ready
- No extra sugar is needed as pineapple syrup andvanilla ice cream are already sweet
- Garnish with pineapple chunks and serve cold
Cocktail fruit 1 tin
Mango 1
Coconut milk 1 cup
Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
Fresh cream ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Khoya 100gm
Ice as required
Method:
1- Cut one mango and put in juicer.
2- Add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 tin cocktail fruit. Mix well.
3- Now add ½ cup fresh cream, 100 gm khoya, ½ cup sugar and 1 pinch cinnamon powder. Mix well.
Add ice cubes as required. Delicious fruity smoothie is ready to serve
