Mutton Kofta Khara Masala

Ingredients

½ kg minced mutton
2 tomatoes
3 onions
6 green chilies
1 cup water
¼ cup oil
125 grams yogurt
¼ bunch coriander
4 to 5 cloves of garlic
1 medium piece of ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp hot spices powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
Whole hot spices as required
Salt to taste

Method
• In a chopper machine, add ½ kg minced mutton, 2 onions, 3 green chilies, 1 medium piece of ginger, 4 to 5 cloves of garlic, few coriander leaves and salt to taste and chop finely.
• When the ingredients are properly mixed, form koftas and keep aside.
• Ina a pan, heat ¼ cup oil and sauté 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and whole hot spices required in it.
• When onion turns golden brown, add 1 cup water, 125 grams beaten yogurt, salt to taste, 1 tbsp gram flour, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 3 green chilies and chopped tomatoes and fresh coriander. Allow cooking in a covered pan on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
• Then add koftas and allow simmering in a covered pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Now put off the lid and mix carefully using a cooking spoon. Increase flame to let some excess water evaporate. Delicious Mutton Kofta Khara Masala is ready.
