Fried Cheese and Fruit Salad
Ingredients
1 bunch ice berg
1 apple
1 mango
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 pear
1 packet cottage cheese
2 slice pine apple
Half melon
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp mustard paste
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Method
• Firstly, cut 1 apple, 1 mango, half melon, 1 pear and 2 slices of pineapple into cubes
• Then peal 1 cucumber and separate seeds from it and cut it into cubes
• Similarly cut 1 tomato same way
• Separate few whole leaves of ice berg and chop rest into small pieces
• Then cut 1 packet cottage cheese into small pieces and fry in preheated oil as required
• When cheese has fried, include all the vegetables and fruits in one bowl and add fried cottage cheese on it with salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, 4 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp mustard paste in it and mix it together properly.
• In the end, spread ice berg leaves in a platter and place the salad mixture on it. Delicious Fried Cheese and Fruit Salad are ready to serve.

Beef, Lime and Mango Salad
Ingredients
200 grams beef undercut
3 cloves of garlic
¼ bunch parsley
Salt to taste
½ tsp crushed black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
Ingredients for salad
½ ice berg
1 bunch salad leaves
1 large mango
1 small avocado
4 large spring onions
Ingredients for dressing
3 to 4 large green chilies
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method
• In a food processer, add 3 cloves of garlic, ¼ bunch parsley, salt to taste, ½ tsp crushed black pepper and 3 tbsp olive oil and blend.
• Coat 200 grams beef undercut with this mixture and put aside for half an hour.
• Grease a frying pan with some oil and cook from both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
• For salad, place ice berg, salad leaf, 1 large mango, 4 large spring onions, 1 small avocado and beef.
• For dressing, add 3 to 4 large, sliced green chilies, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbsp lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix until sugar gets completely dissolved.
Add dressing to your desire on top of Beef and Lime and garnish with fresh coriander. Beef, Lime and Mango Salad is ready to serve
