CURRY BUNS

500gms flour
3 tsps yeast
1 egg
35gms margarine
25 gms sugar
15gms milk powder
water as needed
salt


Mix all ingrediants except margarine and salt.mix till it becomes like bread crumbs.add water little by little and make a dough.next rub he butter and add a little salt and start kneading the dough till it becomes soft.dust a little flour while needing.make a soft dough and cover it with a wet cloth and leave it to rise for abt 20 to 30 minutes.after it rises make small balls and keep beaf filling and fold it into shapes shown above.bake in an oven (150 c ) till it's done.NOTE: preaheat the oven keep the tray with buns. after about 3 minutes start brushing some egg yolk on top of each bun.Thats how i got this colour.
