250 gms flour
3 eggs
salt and water
Put all these ingrediants into a blender and make a creamy batter the way you make for normal chineese rolls.A beaf or a chicken filling would be nice.don't use fish.Make the rolls.dip and coat the whole roll in just plain flour and deep fry.thats it.

These kind of rolls are called egg rolls.should be served while its hot .otherwise it becomes a bit soggy.
