Maal pury

Ingredients
Sugar 1 cup
Flour 2 cups
Water 1 to 1 ½ cup
Eggs 4
Rose water 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Semolina 3 tbsp heaped
Yellow color ½ tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Method
Make sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and 1 to 1 ½ cup water, cook for 10 minutes, remove and cool, now add in 2 cups flour, 3 tbsp semolina, ½ tsp yellow color, 4 eggs, 2 tbsp rose water and 1 tsp green cardamom powder, mix well, keep the batter for a few hours, just before frying add ¼ tsp baking soda, heat ghee in a frying pan and pour a little mixture, fry on both sides till golden.
