Qeema Puff Pakora

Ingredients
Mince 250gm
Eggs 3 beaten
Chili powder 1 tsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Green chilies chopped 2
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chat Masala ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Method
In a bowl mix 4 tbsp flour and ¼ tsp baking powder, add in 3 beaten eggs. Mix all well add 1-2 tbsp of water and beat to get a smooth batter, Add 250gm mince, 2 chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric and 1 tsp salt, mix all well. Keep aside for an hour, heat oil on a medium flame, drop a few spoon full of batter at a time. Fry till crisp and brown, remove and sprinkle chaat Masala. Serve hot with mint chutney.
