Mango Rita

Ingredients

1 large mango
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp blue food color
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste



Method
• Blend 1 large mango and 2 tbsp lemon juice in a blender.
• Now also add 1 cup coconut milk, 1 tsp blue food color, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey, 4 tbsp sugar and salt to taste and blend.
• Pour the mixture in serving glasses and put ice cubes on top. Mango Rita is ready to serve.
