Bhail Puri

Ingredients
Puffed rice 3 cups
Potato (boiled and cut into cubes) 1 medium
Papri crushed 8
Sev 1 cup
Tamarind chutney ½ cup
Chat Masala 1 tsp heaped
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander chutney 3 tbsp
Raw mango peeled and chopped 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
Onion chopped 4 tbsp
Method
In a bowl mix together 3 cups puffed rice, 1 cup sev, 8 crushed papri, 1 boiled Potato cut into cubes, 4 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped raw mango, 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ½ cup Tamarind chutney, 3 tbsp coriander chutney, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp heaped Chat Masala. Mix very well and serve immediately.
