Bombay biriyani

Ing:
Beef-750g(small cubes)
Basmati rice-750g (washed& soaked 4 30mints)
Onions-300g( finely sliced)
Tomatoes-300g (choped)
Potatoes-250g( peeled & halfd)
Ginger-3tab( choped)
Garlic paste-2tab
Yogurt-1cup
Gee-1 1/2 cup
Shan Bombay biriyani mix-1pkt

Method:
Fry the onions in hot gee until golden,add tomatoes & fry untill oil separates.
Add beef, g&g,potatoes,yogurt,Shan biriyani mix. Fry for 15 minutes.add 1-2 cups of water & cook on low heat until the beef z tender. Then increase heat & stir fry until oil seperates from the gravy.
* Separatly: in 12 glasses of hot water add 3tab salt & add the soaked rice.boil until da rice z more den half cooked. Remove frm heat & throughtly drain da water.
Spread da cooked beef n curyy over da rice in 2 layers. Cover da pot & cook on low heat unill da rice z fully cooked & tender.. Mix b4 serving..
