Anday walay shami kabab

Ingredients:
Chanay ki daal 1/8 kg
Mince ½ kg
Medium onion 2
Egg 2
Green chili 3-4
Dry red chili 6-8
Green coriander ¼ bunch
Mint leaves ¼ bunch
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Ginger 1 medium piece
All spice powder as required
Salt to taste
