Qeema matar fry

Ingredients:
Ghee ¼ cup
Onion 1
Finely boiled and sliced tomato 3
Boiled peas 1 cup
Yogurt 1/8 kg
Green coriander ¼ bunch
Green chili 3-4
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Ginger 1 medium piece
Beef mince 300 gm
Cumin powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
