chicken baryani

1 whole chicken cut into pieces
3 red onion
minced garlic
minced ginger
biryani masala
...4 diced tomatoes
chopped curriander
3 cups of rice
1 teaspoon yellow color in half cup of milk
6 tablespoon of oil
1 cup yogart
1 tablespoon of zera
1 tablespoon of salt
1 whole lemon sliced

1. wash and soak rice
2. dice 3 red onions and saute it add garlic and ginger to 4 tablespoon of oil
3. after its browned add dices tomatoes and cook it until u see oil and then add chicken
4. brown chicken then add briyani masla mix
5. add 1 cup of yogart
6. set aside and boil water...when water is being boild add rice and 1 tablespoon of zera and 2 tablespood of oil, let the rice boil half way through then drain rice...but not all of it leave like 1 forth of rice.
7. add chicken to the second layer and then add the rest of the rice on top...
8. add lemon, currander and color to the rice
9. dum rice in low heat 3ish
