Aloo matar kay samosay

Ingredients of dough:
White flour 300 gm
Carom seeds 1 tbsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Water as required
Salt to taste
Ingredients for stuffing:
Boiled potato 2-3
Boiled peas ½ cup
Green coriander, mint leaves ¼ bunch
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
