Talay huay masalay daar aloo

Ingredients:
Potato ½ kg
Finely sliced 1
Yogurt 1/8 kg
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin whole 1 tbsp
Coriander whole 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
White flour 2 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
