Prawns in Crust-Coating

200grm Prawns
1 egg
3tbls water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
75grm plain flour
2 tsp lemon juice
oil for frying

-wash and dry the prawns
-sprinkle lemon juice on it
-rub in some salt from the 1/2 tsp
-make a batter from the rest ingredients
-dip the prawns and fry on a high flame
-lay on a kitchen paper till the oil is absorbed
-serve with any ketchup or chtuney
-its light and tatsty :-)
