Dahi balley

Ingredients:
Green gram powder ¼ kg
Yogurt ½ kg
Boiled potatoes 2
Cauliflower ¼ piece
Beetroot 1
Asparagus 1
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
Piece of cloth as required
Ingredients or yogurt:
Cumin 1 tbsp
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Khatai powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green coriander, mint leaves ¼ bunch
Oil for frying
