Kalaa Chanaa Chaat (Black Chickpeas)

Ingredients-

500g Pre-Soaked black chickpeas (for 6-7 hrs)
1 medium size Onion
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp (or more if u wish) crushed red chili powder
1/2 tsp whole Cumin.
Salt (as per taste)
1/2 cup cooking Oil
Mint, Green chili, lemon and Onion rings for garnish

Method-
Heat Oil and Saute Onion till transparent, Add Ginger Garlic paste, Whole Cumin, Crushed Red Chili, Salt and black chickpeas altogether and fry. Then add Water and let it cook till the chickpea's are done and all the water evaporates. ( I used pressure cooker )
Garnish with chopped Mint, onion rings, green chili and lemon !
