Garlic rice n shashlik sticks

Shashlik Sticks

500 gms Chicken (cut in cubes)
2-3 Capsicum (cut in square)
2-3 Red Tomatoes (cut in square)
2 Onions (cut in square)
1 ts ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 ts groung red pepper
1/2 ts garm masala powder
4-5 Tbs Lemon Juice
1/4 cup cooking Oil


mix all the masalaaz and lemon juice, and apply on chicken, meinate for 4-5 hours...
take the shashlik sticks and screw the chicken, capsicum, onion, and tomato cubes...
Heat 2-3 Tbsp oil and cook the chicken sticks...



Garlic Rice

4 Cups Rice (Boil 'em)
7-8 large cloves of Garlic (finely chopped, DON'T grind)
3-4 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
1-2 Red Chillies (for added color, finely chopped)
2 Ts Salt (or to taste)
2-3 Tbs Oil
Green Garlic (if available, finely chopped)

put oil in the cooking pot, add garlic and fry, when it's color turns golden, add salt, green garlic, chillies, and fry for a while, add salt and boiled rice and mix well, cover the rice and keep on low flame for 3-4 minutes... dish out!

serve with Chili garlic sause, or shashlik sause :)
