Kathiawari aalo

Ingredients
Potatoes 1 kg small ones
Imli juice 1 cup
Jiggery 4 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin seeds crushed 2 tbsp
All spice ½ tsp
Oil 1 cup
Curry leaves 25
Method
Heat 1 cup oil add 25 curry leaves with 1 kg small boiled potatoes and fry for 10 minutes till light golden then add 1 cup imli juice mixed with 4 tbsp jiggery, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander crushed,2 tbsp cumin crushed, ½ tsp all spice, mix all well till thick, serve and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
