Arvi Masala Tikya







Ingredients
200 grams arvi
1 medium onion
2 potatoes
3 green chilies
1 cup gram flour
¼ bunch coriander
1 medium ginger
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp grated coconut
Oil for frying
Water as required
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly boil 200 grams arvi and 2 potatoes together and take it out and mash them. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, ¼ bunch coriander, 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1 medium onion, 3 finely chopped green chilies, 1 medium ginger and salt to taste in it and mix it properly. Form small balls and keep it aside. Add together 1 cup gram flour, salt to taste and water as required to form a mixture. In a pan, heat oil and dip small balls gram mixture and deep fry them. Delicious Arvi Masala Tikka is ready.
