Chicken Hara Moti

Ingredients
½ kg chicken
1 cup boiled peas
2 tomatoes
125 grams yogurt
Few curry leaves
1 cup water
¼ cup oil
Oil for frying
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp hot spices powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic powder
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly cut ½ kg chicken into small pieces. Now deep fry 1 cup boiled peas in hot oil until they are crispy and keep it aside after taking out. Then in ¼ cup oil fry 1 finely sliced onion until they are golden brown. When it is golden brown, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and chicken in it and cook it until chicken color changes. Then ass 125 grams yogurt, few curry leaves, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp hot spices powder, salt to taste and 2 tomatoes in it. Also add 1 cup water in it. Close pan lid and leave it to cook for 8 to 10 minutes. When chicken is tender, increase flame to let water evaporate. Then add fried peas and mix it properly for 1 to 2 minutes and take it out in a platter. Delicious Chicken Hara Moti is ready.
