Mooli Ka Zarda

Ingredients
3 radish
250 grams dried milk
½ cup milk
½ cup clarified butter
50 grams almonds and pistachio
50 grams raisins
1 – ½ glass water
½ tsp yellow food color
2 tbsp kewra
2 tbsp grated coconut

Method
Firstly grate radish after peeling them. In a pan, heat 1- ½ glass water, add ½ tsp yellow food color and grated radish and allow boiling. When radish has softened, rinse it. In a different pan, cook ¼ cup clarified butter, ½ cup sugar, 50 grams raisins in small quantity of water. When sugar has completely dissolved, add boiled radish in it. Increase the flame and mix it well. When it is properly mixed, add 50 grams almonds and pistachio, 250 grams dried milk and 2 tbsp kewra in it and allow simmering for 3 to 4 minutes. Delicious Moli ka Zarda is ready.
