Sabzi do Piyaza

Ingredients
1 bottle gourd
1 baby pumpkin
2 onions
2 zucchini
1 glass water
¼ cup oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp hot spices powder
1tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
½ tsp ajwain
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly, cut 2 zucchini, 1 bottle gourd and 1 small pumpkin into small pieces. In a pan, heat 1/4 cup oil to fry 1 finely chopped onion until it turns golden brown. When onions are turning golden brown, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Also add all the chopped vegetables, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, salt to taste and 1 glass water in it and allow simmering for 8 to 10 minutes. Add another onion and stir it properly on high flame. Delicious Sabzi do Piyaza is ready to serve.
