Chicken Indonesian Style

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
Half capsicum
2 eggs
A pineapple ring
½ cup flour
½ cup dried flour
1 medium piece carrot
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp corn flour
4 tbsp oil
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
In a chopper machine, chop together 2 chicken breasts, half capsicum, 1 medium carrot, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, a pineapple ring, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper and 2 tbsp mayonnaise. When this mixture is ready, take it out of the chopper. In a different bowl, beat 2 eggs and add ½ cup flour, ½ tsp black pepper, salt to taste, 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp corn flour and small quantity of water in it to prepare batter and keep it aside. Now form small balls of chicken mixture and coat them in ½ cup dry flour, dip in prepared batter and deep fry in pre heated oil. When its color changes to golden brown, delicious Chicken Indonesian Style is ready to serve.
