Zeera Pani

Ingredients

1 cup tamarind paste
2 cup water
Half lemon
Few leaves of mint
1 medium ginger
1 tbsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp hot spices powder
5 tbsp sugar
Ice cubes as required
Salt to taste


Method
• Firstly, in a skittle, slightly stir 1 tbsp cumin seeds
• When cumin are stirred, add 2 cup water, 1 cup tamarind paste, ¼ tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp hot spices powder, few leaves of mint and 1 medium ginger and cook it for a while
• Then add salt to taste, half lemon and 5 tbsp sugar in it and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes
• When it is cooked properly, let it cool for awhile and then pour it in juicer blender and blend it
• Then rinse the mixture by pouring it through the soft cloth in a different bowl
• Pour the rinse mixture back into the juices. Also add ice cubes as required and blend it a bit and pour it into serving glass. Mouth refreshing Zeera Pani is ready to serve.
