Bread Prawns

Ingredients
300 grams prawns
2 eggs
3 to 4 bread slices
1 tbsp garlic paste
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp oil
3tbsp plain flour
3 tbsp corn flour
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
Make slits in 300 grams prawns and keep aside. Chop off corners of 3 to 4 bread slices and cut into small pieces. In a bowl, beat together 2 eggs, 3tbsp plain flour, 3 tbsp corn flour, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp garlic paste and 2 tbsp oil to form a thick batter. Marinate prawns in this batter and coat with bread pieces. Then deep fry in pre heated oil and serve tempting Bread Prawns with your favorite dip.
