Mattar Paneer Pulao

Ingredients
300 grams rice
2 packet cheese
1 medium onion
1 cup peas
2 tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
2 potatoes
4 green chilies
¼ cup oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
Oil for frying
Hot spices are required
Coriander as required
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly, soak 300 grams rice. Finely chop 1 onion and fry it in ¼ cup oil in a pan. Then add hot spices as required and 4 green chilies in it and stir it properly for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add ½ cup water and 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili flakes, coriander as required and salt to taste and stir it well for 2 to 3 minutes. When spices are ready, add 2 boiled tomatoes, 1 cup boiled peas and 2 boiled potatoes in it. Now in a different pan, heat oil and include 2 packet cheese cubes to fry. After cheese cubes are fired, add them in potato gravy. Now add soaked rice with 1.25 to 1.5 glass of water in spice gravy. When rice level has rise, add 2 sliced boiled eggs in it and allow simmering for 8 to 10 minutes. Delicious Mattar Paneer Pulao is ready.
