Kebabish Rice

Ingredients

1/2 kg beef mince
300 grams rice
1 egg
2 onions
8 green chilies
5 cloves of garlic
1/4 bunch coriander
1 medium piece ginger
1- 1/2 glass water
1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp crushed red chilies
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp hot spices powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Whole hot spices as required
Salt to taste


Method

Firstly in a chopper, chop 1/2 kg mince, 1 onion, 1 piece of ginger, 5 cloves of garlic, 4 green chilies, few coriander seeds, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp hot spices power, salt to taste, 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds and 1 egg together. When mince and all the spices are properly mixed, take it out and form them into slim kebabs. In a deep frying pan, heat oil as required and deep fry kebabs and keep it aside. In a pan, heat 1/4 cup oil to cook 1 finely chopped onion. Also add hot spices as required when onion is properly cooked, include already soaked 300 gram rice and 1 - 1/2 glass of water in it. Also add small already chopped pieces of 2 tomatoes and 8 green chilies with cuts in the middle. When rice is properly cook and level is rising and ready for simmer, include fried kebabs and mix them together properly and allow simmering for 8 to 10 minutes. Delicious Kebabish Rice is ready to serve.
