Olive Pan Fish

Ingredients
300 grams fish fillet
1 egg
1 lemon juice
½ cup green olives
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp garlic paste
¼ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly cut fish fillet in 3 to 4 inch pieces. Then in a different pan, add 3 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 beaten egg, 1 tbsp black pepper and salt to taste and mix it properly and prepare a batter. In this batter, add pieces of fish and leave it for 8 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile finely chop ½ cup olives. When olives are chopped, heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and coat marinated fish in olives and fry. Delicious Olive Pan Fish is ready.
