Pan Fish with Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients
½ kg fish fillet
Juice of a lemon
1 small carrot
1 boiled potato
1 small capsicum
¼ cauliflower
½ cup boiled peas
½ cup plain flour
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp fresh cream
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
Cut ½ kg fish fillet into square pieces. Marinate in 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, juice of a lemon, ½ tsp black pepper and salt to taste. Then coat fish pieces in plain flour and fry in pre heated oil. When fish is a nice golden brown, take out I a platter on an absorbent sheet. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté a boiled carrot, a boiled potato, ¼ cauliflower, ½ cup boiled peas, 1 small capsicum and salt n black pepper to taste. Add 2 tbsp fresh cream a little while before putting off the flame. Take out in a platter and serve with fried fish. Delicious Pan Fish with Sautéed Vegetables is ready.
