Pasanda Tikka

Ingredients
½ kg undercut
250 grams yogurt
1 lemon
Juice of a lemon
1 tsp hot spices powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp red chili powder
½ tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp papaya paste
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Coriander as required

Method
Firstly, cut ½ kg undercut in slices and make it thin with the help of a hammer. In a bowl, add 250 grams yogurt, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 4 tbsp oil, salt to taste, 2 tbsp papaya paste, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and juice of a lemon and mix it properly. When all the spices are properly mixed, marinate beef slices in it. Then grill them in a greased pan. When it changes its color to golden brown, take it out and garnish with coriander and a lemon. Delicious Pasanday Tikka is ready to serve.
