Fried Egg Curry

Ingredients
6 boiled eggs
2 onions
2 tomatoes
125 gram yogurt
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Hot spices as required
Salt to taste
¼ cup oil
3 to 4 green chilies
¼ bunch coriander
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium piece garlic
2 cup water

Method
In a pan, add some oil and fry eggs and keep it aside when it turns golden brown. Finely chop an onion and keep aside. In a chopper machine, add tomatoes, garlic, ginger and 1 cup water to prepare a mixture. Then in a pan, heat ¼ cup oil to sauté finely chopped onion. When it is about to turn golden brown, add hot spices as required in it. When onion is a nice golden brown, add tomato paste and also all the spices, yogurt, half of the coriander and 1 cup water in it and allow cooking on low flame. When spices are well cooked and oil is visible, increase flame to dry water. Then add already fried eggs in it. In the end, garnish with rest of the coriander and serve.
