Spicy Wedges

Ingredients
½ kg boiled potatoes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp hot spices powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp yogurt

Method
• Chop ½ kg boiled potatoes in wedges.
• Coat wedges with 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp hot spices powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder and 2 tbsp yogurt.
• Place on an oven tray and roast for 10 to 15 minutes. Spicy wedges are ready when they turn golden brown.
