Paneer Kofta

Ingredients
½ kg boiled potatoes
250 grams yogurt
2 egg whites
2 medium onions
3 large green chilies
2 packets cottage cheese
1 tsp hot spices powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp crushed coriander
1 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp bread crumbs
4 tbsp oil
Oil for frying
Water as required
Hot spices as required
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly, boil 2 potatoes and mash in a bowl. Add 3 finely chopped large green chilies in it. Also add 1/2 tsp hot spices powder, salt to taste, 2 tbsp gram flour, 1 tbsp crushed coriander and 2 tbsp bread crumbs and keep it aside after mixing properly. In a different bowl, add 2 packets cottage cheese, 1 tbsp grated coconut, ½ tsp hot spices and mix properly. Take potato mixture and press it in between your palm and place cottage cheese mixture on it and form them into round koftay. Dip them in egg white and deep fry in pre-heated oil until they turn golden brown. In a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil to cook 2 finely chopped onions and hot spices as required until onions are golden brown. Add 250 grams yogurt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, salt to taste and 1 glass water and cook it on low flame until spices are properly cooked and gravy is thick. Then add fried paneer koftay in it. Delicious Paneer Kofta is ready.
