Mutton Boneless Tari

Ingredients
½ kg boneless mutton
250 grams yogurt
2 onions
1 glass water
¼ bunch coriander
¼ cup oil
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly, finely chop 2 onions and fry them in ¼ cup heated oil until they are golden brown. When onion is a nice golden brown, add ½ kg mutton in it. Also add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and stir it until excess water has dried up. When mutton begins to change its color, add 250 grams yogurt, 1/8 bunch fresh coriander, 2 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp coriander powder, salt to taste and a glass of water and allow to cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. When meat is tender, increase the flame and stir together until oil forms a separate layer. Then turn off the flame and sprinkle chopped coriander on top. Mutton Boneless Tari is raedy to serve.
