Chicken Brinjal Oven Style

Ingredients
2 long egg plant
300 grams chicken breast
1 onion paste
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
¼ cup oil
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ajwain
2 tbsp sour cream
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly slice 2 egg plants in round shape of 2 inches. In a blender, add 300 grams chicken breast, 1 onion paste, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp ajwain, 2 tbsp sour cream and salt to taste and blend them together. When the paste is ready, in 2 inch egg plant pieces make a hole and fill it with mixture and in the end garnish it with ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese on it. Bake it in already 200 degree heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Take it out when it color changes to golden brown. Delicious is Chicken Brinjal Oven Style ready to serve.
