Bengali Fish

Ingredients
½ kg fish fillet
1 cup coconut milk
1 medium onion
Paste of 5 green chilies
Few curry leaves
¼ cup oil
½ tsp ajwain
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Hot spices as required
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly, slice ½ kg fish fillet into cubes and fry them in a pan with some oil. In a deep pan, add ¼ cup oil to cook 1 finely chopped onion. Also add hot spices as required, few curry leaves, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and ½ tsp ajwain in it. When onion turns golden brown, add paste of 5 green chilies and 1 cup coconut milk in it. When it is semi cooked, add fry fish in it and cook it until coconut milk has thickened. Delicious Bengali Fish is ready to serve.
