Supreme Chicken

Ingredients

½ kg puff pastry
1 egg
2 finely chopped green chilies
2 chicken breasts
½ kg milk
1/3 packet mozzarella cheese
¼ bunch parsley
1 medium piece carrot
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp black pepper
4 tbsp stirred flour
Salt to taste


Method
• Firstly, cut 2 chicken breasts into small cubes.
• Now in a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil to sauté chicken cubes and keep it aside.
• In a different skittle, boil ½ liter milk and when it reaches at its boiling point, add 4 tbsp stirred flour to thicken it.
• In thickened milk, add salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 finely chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch parsley and fried chicken in it.
• When the mixture is ready, cut ½ kg puff pastry into square pieces and cut one in same size but thicker than others.
• Polish cubes with beaten egg and bake it in 180c pre heated oven.
• When color changes to golden brown, take it out and fill chicken mixture in the middle of it.
• Also apply a layer of 1/3 packet mozzarella cheese on it.
• In the end, turn on the upper stove of oven and bake it for 3 to 4 minutes again until cheese melts. Delicious Supreme Chicken is ready to serve.
