Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Mango Sauce

Ingredients for Panna Cotta
1 cup fresh cream
3 tbsp icing sugar
1 cup milk
½ packet china grass

Ingredients for Mango Sauce
1 large mango
3 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
½ cup water
Method
• Cook 1 cup fresh cream and 3 tbsp icing sugar in a pan.
• Also add 1 cup milk and ½ packet china grass and cook until china grass is dissolved.
• Now pour this mixture in a mould of your choice and keep in refrigerator to freeze.
• In another pan, cook puree of a large mango, 3 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks and ½ cup water. Cook on low flame until the consistency is thick.
• Take out Panna Cotta from the mould in a serving platter and pour Mango sauce on top of it.
• Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Mango Sauce is ready to serve.
