method:
in a bowl whip 2 eggs and add 2 brown sugar and ½ cup orange juice, mix them well. When it get smooth then add 200 gm white flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 2 carrot, 1 medium piece ginger, 3 tbsp butter, few drops vanilla essence and ¼ tsp salt, mix them well. Then put it on the cake mould and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180C. in a bowl beat 100 gm white butter, 2 tbsp cream and 2 tbsp icing sugar. When the cake color change to golden garnish with butter cream. Serve with tea or coffee.
