1. Cut ½ piece of ice berg lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber and 4-5 button mushrooms into cubes.
2. Boil the broccoli and chop ½ bunch parsley.
3. Mix ½ bunch spinach and 1 cup boiled pasta along with the diced vegetables and boiled broccoli
4. .To prepare the dressing mix ½ cup mayonnaise and salt to taste.
5. . In a small bowl add chopped parsley, 2 lemon juice, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tsp mustard paste, salt to taste and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. Add the mayonnaise and beat with the help of an electric beater to make a thick sauce. Mix this dressing with salad and serve.
