Beef Hara Masala

Ingredients

½ kg beef slices
250 grams yogurt
1 capsicum
...4 to 5 green chilies
¼ bunch coriander, mint
¼ cup oil
1 tsp hot spices powder
1 tbsp crushed cumin
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Method
• In a chopper machine, add 1 capsicum, 4 to 5 green chilies, ¼ bunch coriander and mint and 1 cup water and chop to prepare paste.
• In a pan, heat ¼ cup oil and sauté 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste in it. When paste turns to golden brown, add ½ kg beef slices and allow to cook.
• When excess water has dried up, add 250 grams yogurt, 1 tbsp crushed cumin, 1 tsp hot spices powder and salt to taste. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
• Now add vegetable paste and allow cooking for 4 to 5 minutes.
• Stir well and serve delicious Beef Hara Masala.
