Shahi chicken

Ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Cashews 50gm
Fresh cream 100 ml
White butter 3 tbsp
Onion 2
Cinnamon 2-3 pieces
Small cardamom 6-7
Cloves 4-5
Green chili 3-4
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Method:
1- Cut ½ kg boneless chicken in small cubes.
2- In a blender, add 100 ml cream and 50gm cashews. Blend well to make a paste.
3- In a pan, add 3 tbsp white butter, 2 onions, 2-3 pieces of cinnamon, 6-7 small cardamom, 4-5 cloves and 3-4 green chilies. Cook till onions turn golden.
4- Add 1 tsp turmeric and 1 cup water.
5- Cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
6- After a while, add chicken cubes in this pan and mix well. Cover and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
7- Uncover and add cashew mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes while stirring.
8- Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, keep cooking for 2 more minutes.
9- Delicious shahi chicken is ready to serve.
