Greek mushroom salad


Ingredients
Garlic (Chopped) 2-3 cloves
Tomato puree 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Water 1 glass
Oregano 1 tsp
Basil ½ tsp
Button mushroom ½ cup
Cauliflower half
Black olives 10-12
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp

Method:
1- In a wok, add 2-3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp tomato puree, 3 tbsp lemon juice and 1 glass water.
2- Add ½ tsp basil and 1 tsp oregano. Also add ½ cup chopped button mushrooms and ½ chopped cauliflowers.
3- Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
4- When cauliflower turns tender, add 10-12 half cut black olives, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper powder.
5- Turn the flame up and let the water dry.
6- Delicious green mushroom salad is ready to serve.
